I'm the General Manager of Draffenville McDonald's.
I'm looking to hire a few openers and closers for our business! I'm now paying a new premium rate for these positions.
Minimum starting pay for opening shift or closing shift is now $12/hour minimum.
If you have management or maintenance experience I could somewhat negotiate on the wage/hr.
I have a great team of people just looking to expand and improve on our early morning business and late night business.

-Angel Harris Duties:
- Prepare the store for opening by completing the following tasks:
- Arrive on time to unlock the doors and turn on lights - Set up cash registers and ensure they are functioning properly - Stock shelves with merchandise and ensure proper pricing - Prepare coffee and other beverages for customers - Clean and sanitize kitchen area, including countertops, sinks, and equipment - Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area - Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and assisting with their needs - Operate cash registers accurately and efficiently, handling cash transactions and providing change as needed - Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the shift - Follow all company policies and procedures regarding safety, sanitation, and customer service Requirements:
- Basic math skills, including the ability to perform retail math calculations accurately - Previous experience working in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred - Ability to work early morning shifts and start work on time - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for growth within our company.
